RUTH GUERRA is a systemic designer, researcher, and storyteller building global innovation programs. She conducts workshops using her Phenomena Method, leveraging shared positive values for systems change. She has collaborated with organizations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to develop the BOOST Alumni Network; served as a design and facilitation consultant at CIVICUS for the 2025 iteration of the Nelson Mandela-Graça Machel Innovation Awards; and supported Unearthodox during the launch of their inaugural Exploration Co-Lab program. Ruth holds an MA in Future Design from Teesside University.
